Workshop | RITUAL — The Conscious Performer, The LAB, Dublin 1

RITUAL — The Conscious Performer, is an immersive one day workshop aimed at people who wish to explore the art of conscious performance. Conscious performance includes dramatherapy ritual structures, somatic approaches to movement and voice work. The workshop will also focus on play and its many therapeutic benefits. We will explore together the intentional use of drama and theatre process as a tool to bring about change and transformation, and will experience somatic practices such as authentic movement and soundings.
Aimed at performers, dancers, artists, creative arts therapists, drama facilitators and anyone with an interest in exploring the arts as a tool to raise personal awareness and consciousness levels.
