Young at Art is recruiting for General Manager (full time). The successful candidate will work as part of a core staff team, reporting directly to the Director. S/he will be responsible for the general and operational management and fundraising needs of Young at Art and its companies. S/he will cover policy and procedure oversight, operational delivery of all projects including the annual international festival in March, and a range of engagement activities.

This is a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to bring organisational and leadership skills to a thriving and exciting creative business in a stage of transition and growth. Their work will have a direct effect on the achievement of the company’s vision and strategy.
