Education Internship at Design and Crafts Council of Ireland, Kilkenny

The Education Intern will work with the Education Manager assisting them in the delivery of the DCCoIβs national education programmes. The DCCoI works across primary education, through to third level. Programmes vary from large scale events, to in-school residencies to teacher training. The Education Intern will be based primarily in the Education office, some national travel maybe required. They will assist with the planning of educational activities, assist with event set up and deliver, and assist with the collation of materials for reports/evaluations. Good administration skills and ability to work well within a team will be of benefit in this role. Dependent on the candidates skill set the role may be developed in line with relevant specific interests.
Please note: This position does not offer a salary. A stipend of β¬50 p/wk will be provided and travel/expenses associated with offsite events or activities will be covered.
Role Type: Internship (minimum duration 2 months β maximum duration 6 months).
