Local artist Alan Campbell presents an exhibition of oil paintings. Alan was born in Ballymoney in the early 1950s. He moved to Larne at an early age where he lived at Curran Point before moving to Bay Road. He attended Olderfleet Primary, Greenland Secondary and Larne Technical College. In 1969, Alan started his apprenticeship with AEI. He has been a turner/machinist and a quality controller working with x-rays and gamma rays. Alan is a keen photographer and creates his oil paintings while working from images he has taken.
