Sunday Throwing Pots Course at Arran Street East, Dublin 7

Behind the Wheel: Sunday Throwing Course is a half-day workshop at Arran Street East aimed at advanced beginners who want to expand their knowledge and further develop techniques of throwing pots.

In a small class, you’ll work on a potters wheel to shape clay, and try your hand at more advanced throwing techniques. You will be guided by our expert potters, with the aim of making more complex shapes by the end of the day. We’ll help you advance your basic skills and we’ll guide through variety of techniques.

This course is aimed at advance beginners, so if you have previous experience with throwing on a wheel, or have participated in our Saturday Throwing Workshop or a Week-Long Throwing Course then you are very welcome to come and join.

We’ll provide all the materials you’ll need. All you need to do is pick a date that suits you and look forward to getting started working with clay.
