Studios Available at QSS, Fountain St, Belfast

QSS invites applications for 8 open plan short-term studio spaces (with lockable storage) at Norwich Union House, 1-7 Fountain St, Belfast, BT1 5EA. Studios will be available to rent from the beginning of June for 11 months.

The 8 studios are located on the 2nd floor of Norwich Union House. Artists will have access to the building from 7.00 to 23.00 Monday to Friday and 9.00 to 21.00 on the weekends. A lift is available in the ground floor reception area. Studio sizes range from 189 to 354 square feet with corresponding rents ranging from £60 to £105 per month, inclusive of electricity. A communal kitchen and seating area is available on the 2nd floor. As these studios are short-term in nature there is no Wi-Fi installed.

QSS welcomes applications from emerging and more established artists. Site visits have been arranged on Thursday 24th May at 11.00-11.30 and 13.15-13.45 for artists wishing to view the studios prior to submitting an application.

All artists will be notified via email following the studio selection process. Please note that the Pop-up Studios are strictly non-commercial and solely for the production of art.
