Studios Available at Harrington Studios, Boyle, Co. Roscommon

The aim of Harrington Studios is to support contemporary, multi-disciplinary arts practices. Located in the grounds of the historically significant King House, the studio’s mission is to encourage a curiousity for the surrounding region and environment while fostering relationships between residents and the wider artistic community, bringing critically engaging contemporary practices to the broader public.

Eligibility
Applications are open to Irish and international visual artists, curators, writers, choreographers, performers, filmmakers and other cultural practitioners.Theye support both emerging and established professionals working in any medium.

Facilities
The subsidised rental of €100 per calendar month includes utilities, waste disposal and wireless broadband.
The artists’ studios are working spaces only and are not residential.

Duration
The residency programme is 6 months long. Studios will be available to rent from January – June 2019.
Notification: 30th November
Commencement: 7th January 2019

Application Guidelines:
Applicants should submit ONE PDF DOCUMENT containing:
a curriculum vitae (no more than 2 A4 pages)
An Artist Statement
and up to 10 images and/or links to audio/visual works/samples of writing
Submit all materials via WeTransfer (www.wetransfer.com) to linda@lindashevlin.com. The total application submission should not exceed 10MB.
