The artist will be using around 30sq ft of the studio to store their equipment you’ll have approx 122 sq ft at £188 p/month all inclusive. 24 hr access, free parking There are two working/layout tables available for your use (can store them if you don’t want them) and the walls are empty and can be used for work. Close to public transport 5 mins walk to Bromley-by-Bow Tube, Devons Road DLR and D8, 488, 323 buses.

You will have sole use of the studio, and there is also potential to sublet for a longer period.
