Have you been looking for that perfect space to cultivate your creativity? Surrounded by other artists you can work away in your own time frame in the eclectic inspirational environment of Bridge Street Studios, Dundalk.

Applications are now open for the 7 sq. m. artist studio space on the 3rd floor of the building – (bonus: extra warm in winter when the kilns are on).

The Studios are a thriving community of artists and crafts people sharing a large 250 year old Grainstore in St Nicholas Quarter, Dundalk town centre. They were founded in 1996 when a group of ceramic artists needed a space to share a kiln.
There are now 7 artists working there across a range of disciplines including ceramics, painting, textile and jewellery.

The fantastic features of our studio setup include 24 hour access, broadband wifi, a classroom space and a gallery showroom area The Gateway Gallery. The studio membership also gives you access to using studio equipment including 2 electric kilns, slab roller, photography equipment, computer and colour printer. There are also options of running workshops and courses, and selling your work in the gallery/ shop, open to the public on Sat.

In their (nearly!) 25 year history they have developed a loyal audience in Dundalk and beyond. They are kept regularly updated by social media, email and post about group exhibitions and events.

Rent €135 pm
Bills approx €30 – €50 pm (depends on time of year)
