Casting from objects in nature is a key skill used by artist Cath Taylor, who uses impression materials to capture the minute detail of stone and rock (as seen in her current exhibition at The Courthouse).
Join her for this workshop to learn how to use silicone to make your own moulds, and from these making a plaster mould which can be used in a variety of ways. This workshop will appeal to any artists with an interest in surface texture.
Materials provided – please bring suitable clothing / overalls. Maximum 6 participants.
