Sculptural Ceramic Weekend Workshop at Ashbrooke House, Enniskillen

This specialised course offers a rare opportunity to work with two experienced contemporary ceramicists and Royal College of Art graduates, Helen Moore and Sandra Robinson, in an idyllic location. The course will focus on sculptural ceramics, exploring form through hand building techniques such as coiling, slab building, press moulding and extruding.

Demonstrations and one to one advice will be delivered throughout each day providing students with individual support and guidance. Participants will be encouraged to explore individual interests and broaden their creative horizons, leaving not only with dynamic and beautiful objects, but also with a solid foundation for approaching future ceramic projects.

The Course will be broken into the following segments:

Friday: Coiling and Hand-building
Saturday: Formers, Press-Moulding and Extruding
Sunday: Completion and Decoration of Projects.

Times: 10am to 4pm
Fees: The residential course prices . vary from £475pp – £550pp – depending on bedroom requirements. The non-residential course is £250pp. Non residential day guests will be charged £95 per day.
