Exhibition opening: Saturday 28th July 6:30pm to 8:00pm During her residency at St. Augustine’s, Stephanie Gaumond considers the site through a printmaker’s eye. She explores religious concepts and rituals with particular focus on how ideas are disseminated and how printmaking relates to these methods. Stephanie Gaumond is a printmaker raised in Denver, Colorado amidst the Rocky Mountains and the excruciatingly banal suburban architecture. She received her Bachelors Degree from the University of Denver. Her work explores codes and patterns. She received her Masters in Fine Art Practice from the Glasgow School of Art in addition to her love of typewriters….
