Open Tender | Public Awareness and Organisational Support Services for Creative Ireland Programme

The Creative Ireland Programme Office seeks expertise to provide public awareness and organisational support services to support the Office in delivering the above Programme.

The successful tenderer must be capable of delivering a robust and high quality public awareness strategy including designing, developing and implementing a multi-platform communications plan. This includes building and engaging existing and new partners, audiences and participants. The successful tenderer is also required to have competence to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners at the highest level and across many sectors. A key element of the role will be co-ordinating media launches, media events and new initiatives. The successful tenderer will also be expected to draw on their experience of the above elements of the role to inform and advise on policy development, in particular in relation to the promotion of new schemes or initiatives. The provision of regular updates and recommendations as required for the proper administrative functioning of the Creative Ireland Programme Office and the management of any third party supplier relationships will also be required. The successful tenderer will also be required to support and advise the Press Office in the Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht as required.

The time commitment would be in the order of approximately 16 days per month per annum. It is anticipated that a two year agreement, subject to satisfactory review will be awarded. The proposed start date for this assignment is from early September 2018.

The proposed Services Contract may amount to some €200,000 (excl. VAT) over the two year Term excluding any possible extension. Tenderers must understand that this figure is an estimate only based on current and future expected usage.
