New Creative Europe Call for Tenders for a Cross-Border Mobility Scheme for Artists and Culture Professionals

This call for tenders aims to define and test a cross-border mobility scheme for artists and culture professionals which will pave the way for the full implementation of a mobility scheme for artists within the new 2021-2027 Creative Europe programme.

The initiative will allow the testing of a new funding scheme to be delivered in 2019 and 2020 on a pilot basis and implemented on a regular basis from 2021 onwards.

The successful bidder will design and test a mobility fund that will complement existing mobility schemes available at local, regional and/or national levels.

The winning bid should also formulate policy recommendations to the European Commission, the European Parliament and Member States towards its full implementation in the next Creative Europe programme proposed for the period 2021 -2027.
