Open Call | PeakShow Exhibitions, Limerick

Application deadline: Wednesday 13 February, 5pm.

PeakShow is a non-profit artist-led exhibitions project based in Limerick. PeakShow invites applicants for it’s Jan/Feb Open Call, Exhibition opens Feb 19th in The Loft, 3 Georges Quay, Limerick. This Open Call is the 2nd in a series of activities planned for 2018/2019.

Open to current creative students/graduates and local creative practitioners (including alumni of Limerick who may be based elsewhere in Ireland). No specific theme for this Open Call – work from all disciplines will be considered.

To apply as an exhibiting artist, email peakshowinfo@gmail.com with:

Name and contact details (email and phone),
images of work (up to 6),
link to artist website/blog if available,
description of work (include dimensions/weight, medium, any specific details),
brief Bio and Artist Statement (please state student/graduate/ practitioner)

** If your work requires equipment hire, please provide specific detail of your needs**

Please note: No fee to apply. No artist fee to exhibit. All profit from work sold goes directly to the Artist.

About the Organisers: PeakShow was established in August 2018 by LSAD Alumni Sara Dowling and Ellen Egan. They have individually curated independent projects, working and exhibiting both in Ireland and abroad in recent years. Sara is the Curatorial Scholar for EVA International. Ellen is a Freelance Graphic Designer.
