Linocut Christmas Card Workshop with Louise Leonard at Graphic Studio Dublin

In this course participants are invited to follow in the footsteps of many famous artists and make their own Christmas cards. Using the medium of linocut, participants will learn how to make multi-block prints, celebrating the festive season – perfect for family and friends. No previous experience of print or of art-making is necessary.

Materials: please bring some Christmas imagery that you like. Also bring an apron, pencils, a medium point permanent marker, a ruler and tracing paper. Other materials will be supplied.

Students will be provided with a start-up supply of lino, paper and inks.
