Life Drawing Sessions at Loughrea School of Art

Life drawing sessions return on Tuesday 19th September and are open to all abilities. There are two tutors on hand at each session to help the less experienced.

We will be using the services of male and female models.

Regular life drawing practice is essential for even the most accomplished artists and is vitally important for any art student that hopes to achieve confidence in rendering the human form.

Each session is approximately 2 hours in length starting at 7pm. Sessions will continue weekly until Christmas so once six classes have been attended, and you wish to continue, you simply enrol for a further six classes.

We provide the model, tea, coffee and biscuits and some materials but it is expected that you would also bring some of your own materials.
