Tate Britain are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Learning and Development Officer to join our Learning and Development team. Focusing on individual and team development across Tate, our Learning and Development team works closely with the HR team, line managers and employees to provide ideas, tools and techniques. You will contribute to the delivery of learning programmes which support organisational performance, personal and career development across Tate.
Working closely with the Learning and Development Consultant and Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for co-ordinating Tate’s in-house development programme. Your excellent organisational skills coupled with a passion and enthusiasm for learning will shine through as you promote learning and development throughout the organisation. As the first point of call for the team you will deliver an outstanding customer service for employees, managers and external consultants.
You will be used to juggling multiple priorities at once with your strong administrative skills. In addition, you will be a creative problem solver and contributor of new-ideas, supporting our ambition to continuously develop as a team.
In this varied role, you will also work on specific projects and facilitate occasional learning interventions too. Working hours: 36 hours per week
Salary: £27,774 per annum (inclusive of £2,000 per annum Market Rate Allowance)
