Pan Intercultural Arts is a leading force in delivering arts for social change through workshop programmes with unaccompanied minor asylum seekers, young refugees, survivors of trafficking and young people at risk of entering crime.

Pan works mainly in London but also seeds projects in other towns and cities through its exPansion programme and has founded several Theatre for Development projects overseas.

This post is a key part of the small team which guarantees smooth and successful running of the projects by their much larger team of artist-facilitators.

Salary: £31,200 pro rata (4 days per week = £24,960)
