The National Gallery attracts over 4.5 million visitors a year and its collection of over 2300 Western European paintings is one of the richest and most comprehensive in the world. We are looking for an experienced Art handler to join our team at the National gallery. As a member of the Art handling department, you would share responsibility for all aspects of preparation and installation of any art works within the Gallery. You would also join our team of couriers, selected to represent the Gallery both in the UK and abroad when artwork from the collection is sent on loan. As an Art Handler, we would require you to have worked as part of an established team in a museum or commercial environment. You would be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the willingness to contribute to solving all practical issues associated with the work.

Location: London
Salary: £26,000 pa
