Inks have come on a lot recently and now you can get an amazing extent of colours and interesting shimmering effects due to small pieces of metals which are suspended in the ink solution – this makes for fabulous effervescent looking images. These super inks also come with an ink dropper, so we employ the ink dropping technique, where after ‘invisible painting’ your design with water, using large traditional Chinese calligraphy brushes, you then drop the ink onto the water and watch it spread out all over the wet area.
All inks and brushes will be provided.
