Creating Futures Programme 2019, Belfast

Creating Futures is a programme designed to enhance the performance of small-medium sized culture and arts organisations in Belfast by developing the leadership skills of its managers.

They’re committed to supporting skills, leadership development, and learning opportunities as part of our Cultural Framework and the Belfast Agenda.

The programme involves taught modules, peer-to-peer learning, mentoring, and business plan development. It includes the opportunity to gain a Postgraduate Certificate in Executive Leadership (one third of an MSc in Executive Leadership).

Creating Futures is a strategic development initiative for senior managers in a leadership role within their organisation. Typically, participants will have significant budgetary and people management experience gained over a number of years in a senior management role.

Creating Futures commences in January 2019 and runs until October 2019. The programme involves completing four formal Ulster University modules, peer-to peer support through Action Learning Sets, and the development of a business plan and mentoring.
