Celebrate the arrival of Spring with this two-day Botanical Art Workshop painting Snowdrops with award-winning artist, Shevaun Doherty.
The spectacular display of beautiful snowdrops at Burtown House and Gardens are a source of inspiration each spring to both artists and garden enthusiasts.
In this workshop you will learn watercolour techniques needed to capture the delicacy of snowdrops. The class will cover observational drawing and tonal studies, and how to create layers of colour in wet-on-wet, glazing and dry brush to convey realistic light and form. Residential or Non-residential places available.
