Call for Presentations | Dig: the value of archaeology for society and the economy, The Heritage Council

Application deadline: 10 September, 12 noon.

The Heritage Council are organising a five day event titled Dig: the value of archaeology for society and the economy (Nov 5th-9th). The main spine of Dig is a two day conference in Kilkenny (Nov 6th and 7th). There are four themes: placemaking, economy, community and well-being, and creativity. They are now looking for architects, artists, planners, landscape architects and anyone else that can illustrate how archaeology enhanced their work. If you have an interesting project incorporating archaeology, please submit it.

A speakers fee of €300 for the day is payable.
